Graduation Invitation Letter for UK visa

You have completed your program or you are about to complete it. You need to invite your mum, dad, uncle or friends to your graduation ceremony. What you need is a graduation invitation letter for UK visa. This letter will be included in the application for visa that your guest will present at the UK embassy in their country of residence.

SAMPLE GRADUATION INVITATION LETTER FOR UK VISA – FAMILY OR FRIENDS

The letter below is a sample that can be modified for your use. Just change the names, address and relationships as applicable. You will need to also add other plans that you have with your relative or friend in the UK.

You will also need to send some proof of your legal residence in the Uk. You may choose to scan a copy of your Teir 4 visa, the biodata page of your international passport and any other official document from the university about your graduation ceremony.

The Invitation letter should be addressed to the UK embassy or consulate abroad. You will however send the letter to your guest. You may choose to mail it to them or send a scanned copy to them.

While she is in the UK, she will be staying at my home from 1st September 2017 to 25th September, 2017.

She will also be visiting some of the the sites in the UK while she is here. Such as, Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, Madame Tussauds and London eye.

I am currently just finished my MSc. in International Business at the University of Hertfordshire and enclose copies of my passport details page and my current student visa (Tier 4).
